Online means recent authenticated heartbeats. Offline means the heartbeat has expired; it does not remove the device. Check last-seen time, internet availability and the local service before changing enrollment. Do not reinstall simply because a device is temporarily offline.

Use dashboard Uninstall only after confirming the correct device and your recovery requirements. Successful removal revokes access. A later reinstall needs fresh authorized enrollment; do not restore a revoked credential.
